Your main mission:
Design reliable and scalable architectural solutions for the Diya web portal, ensuring smooth operation of existing and implementation of new digital services. You will be the key link between business requirements and technical implementation, translating complex government processes into clear technical specifications.
Work focus:
- development of detailed system requirements (FRS/SRS) and technical specifications for new and existing services; external systems;
– modeling of information flows and development of data structures for new functionalities;
– technical interpretation of regulatory and legal bases for forming system requirements;
– creation of UML and BPMN diagrams for modeling technical processes and integrations;
– close cooperation with the team development, vendors and partners to ensure quality integration;
– participation in Agile ceremonies and optimization of existing development processes.

– 3+ years of experience as a systems or technical business analyst in product or service IT companies;
– willingness to work in the office (hybrid format possible);
– practical experience with REST API / SOAP, BPMN systems, JSON and XML data formats;
ability to develop system documentation (SRS/FRS) and API specifications;
- experience with BPMN, UML notations;
– understanding of backend service architecture and integration principles;
– practical ability to write SQL queries for data analysis and validation of solutions;
- a deep understanding of SDLC processes and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall);

Would be a plus:
experience working with government, financial or highly regulated IT products;
– experience of working with the legal framework and the transformation of legal norms into technical requirements;
– experience of working in highly loaded IT projects;
– experience in the integration of various registers/systems;
– certifications focused on system analysis or architecture (for example, TOGAF).
