Business Analyst (Action Portal) in Diya

Your main mission:
Your role is critical to the successful development and implementation of digital services on the Diya portal. You will be the key link between business needs, legal requirements and technical implementation. Your expertise will help transform complex government processes into clear and effective digital solutions that will improve the interaction of millions of citizens with the state.

The focus of work:
- analysis and formation of requirements for the "Action" web portal at all stages;
- interaction with government bodies and other stakeholders goals;
– analysis of the legal framework and its adaptation for the formation of technical requirements;
– modeling of business processes and requirements using BPMN and UML;
– cooperation with development teams, vendors and partners to ensure quality integration;
– participation in Agile ceremonies and improvement of existing development processes.

We expect from you:
– higher education (bachelor's or master's level);
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in product or service companies;
- willingness to work in an office or hybrid format; font-weight: 400">- deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies;
- high skills of interviewing, requirements analysis and stakeholder management; font-weight: 400">experience with BPMN 2.0 and Atlassian tools;
- understanding of Human-Centered Design and UX design principles;
– English at the B2+ level for working with documentation and communicating with partners.

Will be a plus:
- experience with government or highly regulated IT products;
- ability to work with the regulatory framework; 400"/>experience in high-volume IT projects;
experience in registry/systems integration; style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">– practical skills in working with SQL and databases;
– certifications in business analysis (IIBA, CBAP) or project management (PMP, PSM/CSM).
