We need an employee who has:

• secondary special/higher education;
• minimum work experience in a similar position
• experience in Windows + MS administration Office 2013/2016;
• experience working with office equipment and cash register equipment;
• self-organization, responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work with a large amount of information, communication skills.

Tasks with which you will work:

• reception and registration in ServiceDesk of requests from network users.
• support of company users working in pharmacies;
• resolving problems with computer equipment - by phone or visiting a pharmacy;
• ensuring uninterrupted operation of system software in pharmacies;
• accounting for computer equipment in pharmacies
