System Administrator | Infrastructure Engineer in New Work

We are looking for a System Administrator capable of taking responsibility for the foundation of our IT system. If you know how to manage virtualization clusters at the iron level, automate routines through PowerShell and understand how to ensure the stable operation of hundreds of remote desktops - we are waiting for you in the team.

Your technology stack:
- Virtualization: VMware vSphere (clusters, vSAN), Proxmox VE.
- Microsoft Stack: AD (Multi-domain), DNS, DHCP, GPO (full cycle).
- VDI/RDS: Working with RDS farms and FSLogix profiles.
- Automation: Deep knowledge of PowerShell.
- Hardware: maintenance of physical servers (Bare Metal).

What will be required to do:
- Administer and develop Active Directory in a distributed multi-domain environment.
- Manage Group Policies (GPOs): from creation to deep auditing and debugging.
- Ensure the operation of virtualization: monitor the health of vSphere and vSAN clusters, work with Proxmox.
- Maintain the RDS infrastructure: work with FSLogix profiles (ensure high login speed and session stability).
- Automate tasks: write PowerShell scripts to minimize manual labor.
- Work with iron: maintenance and diagnostics of physical servers.

Our requirements:
- Experience as a system engineer/administrator from 3 years.
- Real experience of working with vSAN and fault-tolerant clusters.
- Understanding the mechanics of FSLogix work (not just "heard", but configured).
- Ability to read and write complex PowerShell scripts.
- Will be a plus: Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) and experience with Zabbix (creating templates, using LLD).
