SMM manager / Content maker in KONSTANTA-STROY, TOV, NVF

We are a stable and dynamically growing transport and construction company "UMB-7", which has a large fleet of special equipment (over 150 units): mobile cranes, dump trucks, excavators and other road construction equipment.

In connection with the active development and scaling of the business, we are looking for a SMM manager / Content maker, who will help strengthen the company's presence in the online space and systematically generate content that sells.

Main duties

• Managing the company's social networks (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Development and implementation of a content strategy.

• Planning a content plan (posts, stories, videos).

• Writing texts (posts, advertising materials, presentations).

• Creating visuals for social networks and print.

• Photo and video recording of equipment, processes, objects.

• Video editing, creation of reels and short formats.

• Analysis of competitors and trends.

• Participation in internal coordination meetings.

• Communication with partners (within content and promotion).

Our candidate

• Has practical experience in SMM.

• Able to work with Canva / Figma / Adobe (Photoshop, Premiere or similar).

• Has video shooting and editing skills.

• Understands social media algorithms.

• Creative, systematic and responsible.

• Able to work with deadlines.

• Schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00

• Sat-Sun - weekends
