System Administrator (ID 390) in HELSI

Helsi is a Ukrainian product IT company, on the market since 2016. The goal of Helsi is access to health in one interface.

The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, and medical institutions to automate the work of health care centers and carry out electronic document management. More than 9 million people are users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by about 1,500 health care institutions and more than 38,000 medical workers across Ukraine. ??

Key tasks:?

• User support (HelpDesk), technical assistance, as well as configuring Windows/macOS and software for them.
• Managing access to corporate services: Google Workspace, Microsoft EntraID, Slack, Jira, etc.
• Accounting and issuing/receiving equipment, forming requirements for equipment for transfer to the procurement department
• Infrastructure and systems.
• Administration of Linux and Windows Server systems.
• Working with virtual machines in Proxmox.
• Setting up and maintaining network infrastructure based on MikroTik (VLAN, VPN (OpenVPN), Firewall) font-weight: 400">Required skills and experience:
  • 1 year of IT Helpdesk or system administration experience.
  • Advanced Windows experience, Windows administration experience (AD, MDM); basic level of macOS usage and administration.
  • Experience with network equipment.
  • Ability to write Powershell/Python scripts.
  • Solid knowledge of Linux and basic understanding of Windows Server.
  • Basic knowledge of cyber security.

  Will plus:

  • MS EntraID/Intune, Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira.
  • OpenVPN, pfSense.
  • Wi-Fi, UniFi, MikroTik.
  • Assets Management Solution (eg SolarWinds ITSM, LanSweeper).
  • Azure (work with instances).
