VERNA is a national level IT system integrator. We have been working in the field of system integration since 2000. One of our areas of activity is comprehensive IT infrastructure support, which includes remote technical support and administration of workstations, server and network equipment, telecommunications infrastructure, migration process and data backup/recovery.

For the area of ​​outsourcing technical support we are looking for a motivated system administrator who, together with the company's team, will ensure quality work at our clients' facilities. The facilities are located in Kyiv and in the region.

This job is for you if you:

• perform diagnostics, replacement/restoration of PCs/workstations and office equipment
• replace and configure network equipment
• perform printers or BFP diagnostics, print and scan settings
• carry out installation and maintenance of SBS, SCS

What knowledge do you need:

• ability to install OS Windows 7-11, 32/ 64 and the necessary software to create and deploy Acronis images to know the architecture of PCs and active network equipment, to carry out diagnostics, troubleshooting and block repair of PCs to be able to configure, connect, disassemble, move user workstations
• build and maintain SSC, SCM
• have basic knowledge of Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Services, Proxy, VPN , GPO
