Our company in the city of Kyiv is looking for a Customer Support Representative. 

Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00
m. Golden Gate

Tasks:

- Providing customers with quality support by phone, e-mail and chat;
- Solving questions and customer problems regarding the company's products and services;
- Management of work processes in the CRM system;
- Ensuring interaction with other departments of the company to resolve issues. of clients

Requirements:

- Experience in the field of customer support will be an advantage;
- High level of communication skills;
- The ability to work effectively in conditions of a large volume of requests;
- Successful teamwork.
