System administrator (CRM • IP telephony • network • BAS) in EKO-SFERA NOVACIY, TOV

We work with office and remote employees, so we need a specialist who quickly responds to tasks and supports the operation of all company services.

 What you will do:

• Preparation and support of workplaces.

Software, control of licenses and system relevance.
CRM support: user creation, access, work stability, basic integrations.
• SIP-accounts, forwarding, integration. none">Working with routers, switches, VPN, ensuring stable Internet.

• Information security management: antivirus, backups, basic monitoring security.

• Keeping records of equipment, accesses, documentation; BAS support together with an external specialist.

Who we are looking for:

• A specialist with experience from2 years in system administration - with normal technical insight and willingness to help the team.

• A person who knows how to independently configure Windows, network, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP telephony and CRM.

• A specialist who understands how SIPs work, routers, CRM integrations, backups and basic cyber security.

• Experience withBAS (1С/BAS) or readiness to quickly understand the process.

• Someone who knows how to communicate normally, explain complex things in simple language and see things through.

What we offer:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00 (break 13:00-14:00)

• Possible hybrid or even almost completely remote format of work (with rare visits).

• Stable income:  UAH 15,000 bet, payments - twice a month (5th and 20th).

• You cancombine with other work, subject to prompt response to tasks.

• Adequate workload, supervisor support, hardware and software are provided as needed.
