The Ukrainian company "Agrianalytics" invites a professional for the vacant position "Consultant for product support of the accounting program". 

We are developers of an online platform for agribusiness, which includes 3 marketplaces: Agri:Financing, Agri:Shop, Agri:Trading and 3 online products: Agri:Accounting, Agri:Business Plan and Agri:Production Management.  We have united agricultural producers, creditors, suppliers of material and technical resources and traders in one place. 

      We are looking for a person who, thanks to his energy, responsibility and desire to learn, will strengthen our team that develops programs for accounting and will help make it even better and more convenient for everyone who keeps records in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine.

Requirements for the candidate:

Must have:

• full or incomplete full economic education (accounting, finance, business economics); 
• work experience of 1 year or more in the field of accounting, customer support or testing; 
• work experience in accounting programs; 
• knowledge of the peculiarities of accounting at agricultural enterprises will be an advantage;
• skills for analyzing customer experience, summarizing information on problems and customer comments, identifying the causes of user problems;
• skills for preparing texts on the subject of accounting;

Main Responsibilities:

100% working time

• online counseling of customers who have bought the program regarding its functionality (available functions, the procedure for performing operations with b/o, and assisting users in creating accounting documents, receiving feedback;
• recording indecencies/errors identified by customers during the use of the program and timely transfer of such requests to development service employees of the product;
• testing of individual tasks, incidents and errors in order to improve the quality of the program;
• collection and analysis of information regarding the use of the software complex, including data obtained from feedback from customers;
• preparing supporting materials for user training and product updates.
