 From the candidate we expect:

• Knowledge and understanding of the Open Systems Interoperability (OSI) reference model and the TCP/IP stack.
• Skills in configuring network equipment (MikroTik, Ubiquiti).
• Understanding and experience using Firewall, NAT, VPN, DNS, VLAN, trunks, Wi-Fi (MikroTik, Ubiquiti), FTP, EoIP and GRE tunneling, packet marking mangle (Mikrotik), Dual Wan, EtherChannel and similar to LACP, static routing, dynamic routing (IGP families) OSPF + BFD, OpenVpn. 
• Administration of user access rights in Active Directory
• Workplace preparations and access for a new employee
< li>Basic knowledge and skills of administration of Windows Server 2012 - 2016.
• Skills of equipment diagnostics, compilation of malfunction reports. 
• Ability to do small repairs. 
• Skills of working with providers, finding new providers according to the provided technical conditions. 
• Skills in designing SCM (structured cable networks) and SVN (video surveillance systems), selecting equipment for opening new warehouses, stores, etc. 
• Skills for maintaining office equipment, telecommunications and network equipment.
• Skills for Bitrix CRM administration. 
• Main functionality: 1st and 2nd line of technical support for users.
• Install, configure and maintain network and peripheral equipment.
• Install, configure, debug system and application software on employee workstations.
• Remotely administer employee workstations.
• Keep track of the amount of computer equipment, peripherals and licensed software .
• Administer Windows-based client OSes.
• Perform works related to the cable network in the office.
• Administer video surveillance software.
• Administration of LCD systems.
• Experience working with Zabbix monitoring systems.
