We are looking for System Administrator to strengthen the IT Support team.

Working schedule:days (10:00-18:00) and evening (15:00-23:00) shifts

For evening shifts, the company pays for taxis.

Main functions:

  • ServiceDesk request processing:prioritization, classification, and transfer of requests to L2 according to SLA.

  • maintenance.

  • PC diagnosis and repair:diagnosis of malfunctions, repair and organization of service maintenance.

  • Peripheral maintenance:Support of printers, scanners, conference systems and other equipment.

  • Maintenance of asset records:Control of records of issued and received equipment, maintenance of relevance data.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • In-depth knowledge of PC hardware, principles of computer technology.

  • Confident command of Windows 10/11 and MacOS at the administrative level.

  • Experience with ServiceDesk systems.

  • Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, routing, configuring network equipment).

  • Experience in configuring and supporting peripheral equipment.

  • Knowledge of English at A2 level and above.

  • Customer orientation, excellent communication skills.

  • Discipline, ability to work in a team.
