System administrator in Niva Pereyaslavschini, TOV, SP

JV "Niva Pereyaslavshchyny" LLC - a successful agricultural company of Kyiv region is looking for a "System administrator (Senior SysOps / Infrastructure engineer)" for a permanent position in the team.

Functional duties of the candidate:

• Administration of servers (Linux / Windows Server) and hypervisors;
• Monitoring and support of clusters, backup, recovery, updates — Optimization of performance of virtual machines (CRM, MSSQL, web services, VPN);
• Building and maintaining a corporate network (Mikrotik, WireGuard/OpenVPN, VLAN, routing, firewalls);
• Ensuring the security and stability of the infrastructure;
• Analysis of logs and creation of warnings, response to the monitoring system — Working with SSL/TLS certificates;
• Preparation of technical reporting.

Professional knowledge and skills that the candidate needs:

• Experience in the positions of SysOps / System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer from 5 years;
Deep knowledge of Linux (CentOs, Ubuntu) and Windows Server;
• Experience with ESXi / VMware / Hyper-V;
• Mikrotik / VLAN / VPN / Ubiquiti / DHCP / DNS / Firewall settings — Practice of working with VPN technologies: OpenVPN, WireGuard, IPSec, L2TP, Site-to-Site — Experience with MSSQL / MySQL — backups, replication, monitoring;
• Understanding network protocols (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, DNS, VPN) — Network monitoring and diagnostics (Zabbix, Grafana, Smokeping, NetFlow, Wireshark) — Active Directory / GPO / RDP / Nginx / Cloudflare configuration experience — VEEAM Backup, security, SSH, SSL/TLS.

Will be a plus:

• Docker (basic understanding of containerization);
• Experience in building a VPN-mesh;
• Technical education.
