Now we are looking for Helpdesk Engineerin our friendly Infrastructure Operations team.


Key areas of work teams:

> Team: System Administrator, 2 Helpdesk Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Head of Department.

About you:

  • experience in the position of Helpdesk / IT Support / Service Desk Engineer from 6-12 months;
  • confident understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS at the user administration level;
  • knowledge of the basic principles of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN);
  • experience with user management systems (Active Directory or similar);
  • experience or understanding of working with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 will be an advantage;
  • understanding of basic principles of information security (passwords, MFA, access control, least privilege);
  • experience of working with ticket systems (Jira Service Management, Zendesk, etc.);
  • basic skills of working with a team line (Windows / macOS / Linux);
  • willingness to work according to processes, SLA and to learn quickly.


About your tasks:

  • reception, registration and processing user requests through the Service Desk in accordance with the SLA;
  • providing the first line of technical support to employees (Windows / macOS / basic Linux systems);
  • diagnosis and resolution of problems with workstations, laptops, peripherals and corporate software;
  • management of access to internal systems and services;
  • creation, modification and blocking of user accounts (LDAP / Active Directory / Google Workspace / SSO);
  • configuration and maintenance of corporate devices, equipment accounting, working with MDM solutions;
  • maintenance and updating of documentation (instructions, FAQ, how-to, troubleshooting);
  • escalation of complex incidents to IT Ops / DevOps / Security teams;
  • participation in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
