Key responsibilities:

• Receive, fix applications from users and provide support.
• Detecting and eliminating network failures.
• Performance of maintenance work on computer equipment and peripheral equipment.
• Local network maintenance.
• Prompt identification and elimination of software and hardware malfunctions.

• Higher education (bachelor's degree).
• Work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of computer equipment and its components.
• Understanding the principles of software installation and configuration drivers.
• Skills in diagnostics, replacement of components and basic repair.
• Knowledge of basic network protocols.
• Experience with active network equipment (will be an advantage).
• Experience in SCS installation.
