Responsibilities:

• Support and solving user problems;
• Modernization of PCs and laptops;
• Diagnostics and component repair of PCs, laptops;
• Installation of OS and programs on PCs and laptops, introduction to the domain and settings according to accepted standards and policies;
• Maintenance of the local network (connection of end equipment, crimping links, link diagnostics, etc.)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Windows OS at the administrator level;
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS;
• Knowledge of the principles of local network, Wi-Fi;
• Knowledge of computer components, office equipment.
