Business analyst (WEB programming department) in AV metal grup

AB metal group is a company engaged in the sale and production of rolled metal. We have been working since 2009. 

The web development department includes a business analyst, php programmers, a designer and a copywriter. They work with CRM Bitrix-24 — the basis on which requests for automation are formed. There are also projects compatible with the 1C programming department (when there is an integration of 1C 8.3 and Bitrix-24).

Requirements:

• have relevant work experience in the IT field, or we will consider candidates after business analyst courses with a good understanding of all stages of software development products;
• basic knowledge of the basics of programming, browser interaction with the server, experience working with a bug tracking system;
• knowledge of business process modeling tools (UML, BPMN, etc.);
• be able to work with Axure, Excel, Word, Power Point, Bitrix-24 programs;
• analytical thinking, attention to details, systematicity, be able to clearly and competently form your thoughts in writing and orally.

Daily tasks:

development, support and implementation of business processes:

1. identification of customer wishes;
2. formation of terms of reference and transfer to programmers for processing;
3. control over compliance with deadlines on each at the development stage
4. testing of the final result (only the front);
5. handing over the finished project to the customer
6. finishing comments, working with objections, if any.
