Support Team Lead in ATMOSFERNA ShKOLA, TOV

Atmospheric School is a large-scale educational ecosystem with its own LMS and thousands of students around the world. Our training is interesting, accessible from anywhere and always at a high level.

We are looking for a strong leader who will not just "put out fires", but will build an effective support system for our LMS platform, which works like clockwork. If you are able to combine deep technical expertise with managerial flair, we are waiting for you.

What we expect from you:

• Management experience: you know how to organize a team, implement KPIs and keep a clear focus on priorities.
• Technical expertise: you have an analytical mindset and the ability to dive deep into complex cases at the interface of product and technical support.
• Communications: able to be a "translator" between technical specialists and users, as well as reasonedly defend the decision to the business.
• PostgreSQL: knowledge at the level of writing and reading queries for data diagnostics will be a plus.

Your key tasks:

• Team management: coordination of support work, employee training and continuous optimization of internal processes.
• Incident resolution: diagnostics and systematic elimination of complex technical errors in LMS operation.
• Interaction with Dev & Data: close cooperation with developers and analysts to improve the product based on real user requests.

Working conditions:

• Salary: UAH 40,000 - 50,000 (according to the results of the interview).
• Format:Hybrid (office for the trial period, then - the possibility of hybrid jobs)
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 18:00.
