Requirements:

• experience working with distance learning systems (LMS);
• experience creation of interactive online courses;
• skills for working with Canva to create visual materials;
• experience in Articulate Storyline 3/360;
• basic video shooting and video editing skills;
• basic graphic design skills;
• systematic, organized and ability to work with deadlines;
• creative approach to creating training content;
• the ability to work effectively in a team.

It will be an advantage:

• experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom;

• experience in creating content for social networks.

• Basic responsibilities:
• administration of the corporate distance learning system (posting content, user support, reporting);
• development of interactive electronic courses on soft and hard skills — from idea and scenario to launch in SDN;
• creation of educational content that increases engagement and attendance of the educational portal (news, articles, announcements, interactives);
• development of visual materials for education programs;
• maintaining the Instagram page of the Corporate University and creating content for it;
• tracking trends in the fields of microlearning, EdTech and L&D and implementing modern training formats;
• interacting with the company's internal experts during the creation of specialized courses (sales, production, finance, IT, etc.).
