Support specialist (Polish, remote) in Tehno Treyd KS, TOV

We are looking for a qualified and customer-orientedCustomer Support Specialist to expand our team. We need people with high communication skills and you will be happy to provide quality customer support.

Dimax Group is a German manufacturer of generators, portable charging stations, garden equipment and auto components under Konner & Sohnen® brand, present in 20+ countries. We are a company with high growth rates, twice recognized in the Forbes Diamonds rating (2023, 2025).

Key tasks:

• Provision of inquiries about products, their characteristics and specifications.

• text-decoration: none">Interaction with the company's internal services.> appeals and keeping history in the CRM system.

• Collection and transfer of feedback from customers for continuous service improvement.

• Informing customers about current promotions and special offers.

• Maintenance of basic reporting on completed work.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in customer support would be an advantage.

• Sufficient command of a PC, CRM systems and the Microsoft Office package.

• Fluency in Polishlanguage(oral and written). Knowledge of the English language will be an additional advantage.

• Customer orientation, flexibility and negotiation skills.

• High level of stress resistance and

  personal responsibility for the result.

• Salary: 25,000 - 35000 (negotiable).

• Working schedule: Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 17:30.
