IT Support Specialist
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (L1) to ensure the stable operation of users and the IT infrastructure of the company.
Main duties:
Technical support for users (office and remote)
Diagnosis and troubleshooting of problems with Windows 10/11, software and peripherals
Setting up work stations, creating accounts, onboarding/offboarding
Network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), working with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Technical accounting, modular PC repair
Working with Service Desk (Jira) and documentation (Confluence)
Requirements:
Experience in IT Support / HelpDesk from 1 year
Practical experience in Windows 10/11 administration
Understanding network principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with RDP / AnyDesk / TeamViewer
Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of hardware PC
Will be a plus:
Exchange / Microsoft 365, RDS
Basic PowerShell
Working with file layers and access rights
