Support Specialist in Maxpay

Product IT company Maxpay is actively gaining momentum and expanding its team!

We are looking for a Support Specialist, ready to participate in the development and support of a highly loaded e-commerce platform, which is focused on the European market.

Maxpay is an international provider of payment solutions and services for all types of online business. It is a full-cycle payment processor that emphasizes consulting services, technical and legal expertise.

The service was launched in 2014 by professionals with more than 10 - one year of work experience in the field of e-commerce. The company cooperates with the largest banks in the world.

Tasks:

• processing of incoming requests from enterprises and customers;
• processing of bank requests;
• working with requests through Zendesk;
• working with financial transactions.

From you we expect:

• work experience in a similar position;
• proficiency in English – upper-intermediate/advanced;
• basic knowledge of how e-commerce and electronic payments work;
• ability to identify and close the need of a specific user or stakeholder;
• analytical abilities;
• work skills in Excel.

Work schedule:

• remote work;
• 2 types of shifts: 08:00 - 16:00, 16:00 - 00:00;
• 5 shifts per a week, can be from Mon to Sun on any day;
  the schedule is constant, the shift can be both evening and morning on any day of the week, wishes are taken into account employees.
