We are currently looking for a contact center operator - a person who listens carefully, responds quickly and helps customers get the right solution without unnecessary complications.

We are waiting from you:

• experience will be a plus, but if you don’t have it, we will teach you;
• developed communication skills and a desire to help people;
• be able to ask questions;
• active listening skills;
• basic knowledge of mathematics;
• fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

What should be done:

• advise clients about bank services;
• communicate with bank clients in messengers (telegram and viber);
• receive phone calls from clients and help them solve issues.
