Our company is a leader in the industry of production of wooden logistics structures in Ukraine. For more than 10 years, we have been providing the country's largest enterprises with reliable solutions for transportation and storage of products.

Our pallets are the basis of the logistics processes of thousands of Ukrainian enterprises: they ensure the smooth operation of warehouses, factories and transport networks every day. The company structure includes:

• full production and repair of wooden containers;
• own warehouses in several regions;
• own car fleet.

We are actively growing in purchasing and sales throughout Ukraine, so we are looking for a Director who can build processes, analyze the market and motivate the team for results.What will happen in the focus of work:

Creating a strong regional procurement system. Strengthening long-term relationships with the company's current customers

Monitoring the performance of managers, coordinating actions, training and team development;

Working with analytics: evaluating performance, optimizing costs and making management decisions based on data.

What experience will help you be successful in this role?

• 3 years of experience in B2B sales is a must. Additional experience in procurement will be a big plus and will strengthen your candidacy.
• Practical experience in building and managing teams and processes;
• Strong negotiation and trust building skills;
• Readiness for business trips around Ukraine.
