Support service specialist, chat operator (Customer support) in Growvia

Main duties:

• Processing incoming customer requests in chat, instant messengers and e-mail.

• Consulting customers about the company's services and solutions.

• Entering data and updating information in CRM system.

• Resolving standard inquiries and transferring complex issues to specialized specialists.

• Giving customers polite and clear answers in writing.

• Preparing a short daily report on the work performed.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Attention, responsibility, friendliness.

• Proficient written communication (Ukrainian or Russian).

• Confident PC user (Word, Excel, CRM or similar systems).

• Ability to type quickly and work with a large amount of information.

• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of customer service.

• Work only in the office, without remote format.
