That is why we are now looking for an attentive, communicative and technically savvyTechnical Support Specialist, which will help solve technical issues of employees and maintain the smooth operation of equipment and software in the company.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Knowledge of the Windows operating system, basic network installations, drivers
• Ability to work with office equipment: printers, scanners, MFP
• Skills in laying cables and basic installation of equipment
• Ability to quickly navigate a problem and find a solution
• Willingness to travel around the city (if needed)

The advantage will be:

• Knowledge of the basics of network infrastructure (DHCP, IP, VLAN - basic)
• Skills for working with remote access (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
• Understanding the principles of IP cameras and systems video surveillance
• Experience in the field of technical support from 1 year

Main duties:

• Remote resolution of technical problems with office equipment, computers and software provision
• Reinstallation and configuration of Windows (including drivers and basic programs)
• Installation, configuration and diagnostics of printers, scanners, MFP and other office equipment
• Laying of cables (weak lines: Internet, cameras, peripherals)
• Installation and initial configuration of video surveillance (IP cameras, DVR/NVR)
• Diagnosis of equipment malfunctions and the search for solutions
• Visit to the facility if a remote solution is not possible
