Support service specialist in Ensuria Technologies OU

We are currently looking for a support service specialist to join our team with a work schedule:

1. 4/2 (2 days — 7:00—16:00, 2 days — 15:00—00:00, 2 weekends)
2. 2/2 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Main duties:

• Reception and processing phone calls and chats
• Providing informational assistance according to the client's profile products
• Providing support in matters of our application's operation
• Distributing customer requests to the profile departments in accordance with the medical request
• Recording and consulting customers regarding our online products and services
• Forming appeal reports for of partners
• Business management in the CRM system
• Communication with partners
