Deputy manager of a clothing and footwear store (Administrator) in Konfiskat

We are looking for a deputy store manager (Administrator) with successful experience in retail trade to join our team. We are also ready to consider ambitious Administrators - ready to train and provide assistance to energetic and proactive specialists!

Duties:

• Organization and control of store operations
• Planning and implementation of sales strategies
• Management and motivation of personnel
• Ensuring a high level of customer service
• Control of product stocks and orders
• Conducting sales analysis and developing recommendations to improve performance
• Knowledge of business administration and merchandising.

Main requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Ability to lead a team and motivate employees to achieve goals
• High responsibility and orientation for results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule
• Ability to conduct sales analysis and make effective decisions to improve results
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
