Support service operator (remote) in Avalanzh Grup

We are AVALANGE GROUP - an organization engaged in the wholesale trade of flowers. Online orders are an important part of our business and we currently need additional support to process them.
 
We are currently looking for a Help Desk Operator to be responsible for processing online orders. The work is remote, so you can do it at home.

Conditions and benefits:
• Salary from32,000 UAH and additional bonuses for high-quality and prompt performance of tasks.
 • Work schedule 4/2, 5/2 (negotiated personally)
 • There is a possibility of development in other areas of the company.
 • Support from the team and management in all work matters.
 • Paid training, during which you will familiarize yourself with all processes and learn how to work with orders in practice.

Tasks:
 • Processing of orders received through the site and various messengers (Viber, Instagram, Telegram).
 • Interaction with employees engaged in picking orders, and control of the stages of their execution.

Experience in the field will be your advantage, but we are ready to consider without experience!
