Manager with knowledge of the Italian language (customer support) in CallTech Outsourcing LLP

In the international consulting company SallTech Outsourcing, which specializes in conducting market research and outsourcing, in connection with the expansion of the staff, there is an open vacancy 'Manager with knowledge of the Italian language (customer support)'.

We are looking for a candidate who can work remotely, from home, for a full work schedule - 10:00-19:00 h.

The work is not related to sales.

Duties:

• Consulting customers on service registration and follow-up (customer requests for subscriptions and refunds via e-mail and phone);
• Incoming line;
• Verification of registration information;
• Translations, e-mails;

Requirements:

• Fluent communication in Italian at the B2, C1, C2 level;
• In addition, English at the B2 level;
• Fluent PC (MS Office);
• Acquaintance with CRM/CRS/Zendesk systems;
• Availability of a headset, computer and good internet;
• Orientation on solving problems;
• Good diction;
• Activity and stress resistance;
