Support service operator (chat) - remotely in V.T.O.

We are V.T.O. — a company engaged in the construction of roads and highways. Now we need a Support Service Operator to ensure high-quality communication with customers in the chat.

• Salary from UAH 35,000 to 44,000 (depending on the schedule).
• Schedules: 5/2, 4/2 or 3/2, which allows for flexible time planning.

Role:

• Ensure comfortable communication with customers via chat.
• Help solve questions about our projects.
• Maintain a positive tone in answers under the supervision of the team.
• Be part of a virtual team to support the service.
