Our restaurant invites to the team a operatorsupport service who will help guests online. The position involves text communication with customers and processing their orders, requests and feedback without phone calls.

Requirements:

• Competent written language.
• Basic skills in working with Excel and Google spreadsheets.
• Experience in the field of service or online support will be a plus.
