Support Service Manager (remote format) in PENADNEY

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Support Manager who will support online orders. The work takes place in a remote format, so you can work from home in comfortable conditions for yourself.

Main tasks:

• Processing of orders received through the site and messengers (Viber, Instagram, Telegram).
• Communication with employees engaged in the collection of orders and control of their stages implementation.

Experience in a similar field would be an advantage, but we are open to candidates without experience and ready to teach everything.
