Main responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of a content plan according to the strategy
• Development and preparation of text content for internal and external communications: writing quality texts, editing text materials to ensure their clarity and literacy
• Preparation of communication plans
• Maintenance and development of internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, etc.)
• Development and adaptation of corporate materials for internal communications (brochures, leaflets, etc.)
• Analysis of the effectiveness of communication campaigns
• Organization and coordination of corporate events
• Participation in localization global projects and initiatives
• Participation in projects related to corporate culture and employee engagement
• Cooperation with contractors of the communications department (drawing up contracts and paying bills)
• Cross-functional interaction and cooperation regarding communications

Requirements for candidate:

• Higher education in the field of philology, journalism, PR, psychology, other humanities
• Work experience in the field of communications from 1 year (willing to consider candidates with minimal but relevant experience, for example, after an internship or graduates with basic experience in communications)
• Experience of working in a large company (from 250 employees) with a systematic approach will be an advantage
• Certificates in writing and copywriting courses will be an advantage
• Creativity in writing texts and the ability to generate ideas. It is important to write well: the ability to convey information clearly and effectively, to adapt the message to different audiences and situations
• Initiative and the ability to autonomously lead small projects on your ownwith a high level of responsibility
• Attention to details
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Ukrainian language: literacy in writing texts in Ukrainian
• Proficiency in English at the upper-intermediate level or higher. It will be necessary to regularly participate in global calls, constantly communicate with the global team, prepare presentations in English and adapt global communications to the Ukrainian language
• Soft skills: organizational skills, responsibility, flexibility, critical thinking, cooperation, desire to learn and develop
