Support service manager (Czech language) in LA Consulting

Hello, future colleague! languages.

We are looking for a responsible and communicative specialist who will provide written and/or verbal customer support in the Czech language on legal matters (according to ready-made scenarios and instructions).

We are waiting for you if You:

• have the Czech language at a level not lower than B1/B2
• can communicate competently and politely with clients;
• attentive to details and responsible;
• have basic PC and messenger skills;
• are ready to work with clients requests in the legal field (we provide training).

Your duties:

• processing of customer requests in Czech (chat / mail / phone - depending on the format);
• providing consultations according to ready-made templates;
• fixing information on clients in the system;
• supporting a high level of service.
