We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to work with our B2B clients after the deal is closed.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
smooth client onboarding and launch
ongoing client communication and operational support
long-term client retention and portfolio growth
You will act as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate work between internal teams such as tech, compliance, finance, and operations.
Manage clients after deal closure: onboarding, launch, and ongoing support
Coordinate full onboarding cycle
Act as the main point of contact for clients (Telegram, WhatsApp, calls)
Ensure smooth daily operations
Support client retention and portfolio growth by
Cross-sell additional services (on-ramp / off-ramp, netting, recurring payments)
Track key client metrics (volumes, margins, operational costs)
Coordinate communication between Sales, Tech, Compliance, and Operations
Experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in fintech / crypto / payments / PSP / iGaming / Forex
Understanding of crypto processing, blockchain fees, on-ramp / off-ramp solutions
Strong B2B client communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients in parallel
English level: B2+ or higher
Experience with iGaming / Forex / Betting
Telegram-first client communication experience
Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
Experience working with high-risk businesses
Proven experience in growing client revenue
