What we expect from you
- Experience with Zendesk.
- Ability to react quickly and find solutions in difficult situations.
- Proficiency in Spanish at the B2 level.
- Will an advantage experience in iGaming.
Your tasks
- Processing incoming requests from players and their resolution or escalation (questions about conditions, technical problems, complaints).
- Monitoring the stability of the product and involving relevant specialists as needed.
- Adherence to the support quality level (SLA).
- Documentation of cases and formation of an internal knowledge base for fast and accurate resolution of requests.
- Formation of reporting.
