Marketing Manager (Ukraine) in Poklyk

Poklyk is a product company that develops and develops its own web and mobile applications orderry.com / roapp.com.ua / roapp.io for small and medium businesses. We help service companies streamline their processes, scale and become more technological.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager with a high level of expertise in the field of marketing and communications. The main goal of this role is the constant growth of the number of MQLs in Ukraine for the product roapp.com.ua. We are looking for a person who thinks strategically, acts proactively, is not afraid of networking, understands the Ukrainian market well and knows how to ensure the result, not the process.

Coms: E-Sputnik, Sparkpost, Intercom

Programmatic Ads: G Ads, Meta Ads
Social Media: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn

- Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for MQL generation in Ukraine.
- Building strong communications: shaping messaging, value proposition, working with content.
- Competitive and market analysis: identifying opportunities, niches, channels and strengthening our positioning.
- Budget management, including planning, control and optimization of ROMI.
- Active monitoring, support and analytics of the effectiveness of SEO and performance marketing campaigns that really bring results.
- Working closely with the Sales Team and Success Team to understand their goals and objectives and translate them into marketingthese events.
- Planning, organization and participation in webinars, industry exhibitions and conferences. Co-organization of client events (onsite) that facilitate lead generation and provide a platform for information sharing with relevant client groups.
- Cross-functional work within the team to achieve results. You will have a team to implement tasks: designers, copywriter, Content-, Product Marketing-, Email marketing-, SMM-, PPC-
managers).
