Support Manager (not remote) in Kucher L.D., FOP

We are looking for a support service manager who will be a reliable support for our customers and part of a friendly team.

Your duties:

• consulting customers in chat, by phone and by mail;

• processing applications and helping to solve issues;

• fixing applications in the system;

• interacting with other departments of the company;

• maintaining a high level of service.

We are looking for you if:

• you are responsible, attentive and polite;

• easily find a common language with people;

• confidently use a PC;

• ready to learn and develop;

• experience is not necessary - we teach everything;

• vacancy is suitable for students.
