Timely. Cash register allows entrepreneurs to optimize the accounting of trade transactions and provide more convenient service to customers. On time. Cash register is already used by such companies as Rozetka, Avon, Bodo, Faberlic, Caparol and others.

What is important for this role:

• experience in the field of technical customer support (telephone support and through chats);
• willingness to understand the client's problem/question and help solve it quickly and qualitatively;
• experience working with PRRO or PRO (will be an advantage);
• competent command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written);
• knowledge of Postman, working with logs.

Tasks:

• processing of customer requests regarding the operation of the Vchasno.Kasa service by phone and via email and chat (requests are sent from the first line of support and from related projects);
• management of the life cycle of each application from the moment of its submission to closing it;
• consulting customers, solving technical problems in working with the service;
• interacting with other departments that can help solve the customer’s problem;
• connecting to the customer via TeamViewer and AnyDesk if needed;
• helping and consulting customers on certain types of terminals and printers – how to add a device to Device Manager.
