We are currently looking for a Head of the Marketing Department who will concentrate marketing management in a single center, ensure consistency of actions of all performers (internal and external) and take professional control over the quality and effectiveness of the function.
Task -support and improvement of existing processes, without building "from scratch".
Basic tasks:
- Management of the company's marketing processes (Internet advertising, contextual advertising, SEO, targeting, social networks).
- Management of outsourced teams: setting tasks, control of results, optimization of processes (all teams are present, cooperation is long-term and established).
- Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising channels, preparation of reports, formation of conclusions and recommendations for increasing conversion.
- Planning and distribution of the marketing budget, cost control, evaluation of the profitability of campaigns (ROMI).
- Support of the marketing infrastructure (brand, positioning, tone of voice,
- Coordination of the work of the internal marketer, interaction with the company management.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience of working as a marketing department head or marketing manager for at least 3 years.
- Understanding the basics of Internet marketing: contextual advertising, SEO, targeting, analytics.
- Experience in planning, conducting and analyzing marketing campaigns, optimizing advertising budgets, preparing KPI reports.
- Ability to work with contractors, form briefs, marketing plans.
- Analytical thinking, ability to see the full picture of the customer journey.
- Experience in the B2C segment would be an advantage.
