support manager / direct manager / manager of technical support in Goldkey Technologies Limitada

We are looking for a support manager / technical support specialist.

Our company Goldkey Technologies Limitada, which is engaged in the development of online games, needs a manager for the position of technical support to handle incoming requests. Responsibilities will include processing requests from online chat and e-mail.

Responsibilities:
- Be available according to the schedule - you will be assigned a specific time with shift work in a team.
- Work with ready-made templates to automate processes.
- Basic knowledge of Google spreadsheets and MS Excel.
- Willingness to do routine work, e.g. processing 100–150 requests of the same type.
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn and ask questions. We consider candidates without work experience.

Schedule 2/2, first or second half of the day.
