Who we are looking for:

Your experience:

  • From 6 months in the field working with clients;

  • Experience in keeping clients and working with up-sells will be an advantage;

  • Sufficient command of the Ukrainian language;

  • Ability to work with CRM and other administrative systems.

Your approach:

  • You really it is interesting to help people;

  • You are responsible, attentive, stress-resistant and quickly navigate information;

  • You can communicate confidently, even in difficult situations.

What will happen in your tasks:

  • Processing requests in CRM (automatic and manual), outgoing calls;

  • Coordinating customer requests with other departments;

  • Quick and high-quality resolution of student issues;

  • Resolving non-standard situations, working to prevent student outflow;

  • Using internal systems: CRM, quizbot, Slack, knowledge base, etc.;

  • Constant monitoring of updates and innovations in processes.
