Business analyst (mobile application development) in ProKredit Bank / ProCredit Bank / ProCreditBank

JSC "ProCredit Bank" is a German bank with 100% foreign capital, which is part of the international group ProCredit Holding. We work to support the development and growth of small and medium-sized businesses, as well as private clients. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a business analyst in the city of Kyiv.

Area of responsibility:

• Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements for new and current functions of the bank's mobile application
• Preparation of BRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria for the mobile application
• Modeling of business processes in BPMN 2.0, description of decision-making logic, roles, exceptions, with an emphasis on mobile banking
• Preparation of SQL queries for validation, analytics and data verification
• Close interaction with product owners, UX/UI designers, developers to clarify requirements and ensure quality implementation of functionality
• Participation in testing and user support during mobile releases application

What is important for us:

• Experience as a business analyst from 1 year
• English proficiency at B1+ level
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for mobile applications (iOS/Android)
• Practical experience with BPMN 2.0
• Knowledge of SQL at the level of analytical queries
• Experience with Jira / Azure DevOps
• Experience of working with Figma to review and comment on UX/UI mockups
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, structural approach

Will be an advantage:

• Experience of participating in mobile development projects banking
• Knowledge of the basics of banking products: loans, deposits, payment cards, customer data, reporting
• Understanding the principles of data quality, integrations with the core banking system, API
• Understanding change management processes.
