Support manager at the bookmaker office in GM BAR

Salary: UAH 60,000 - 80,000
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 18:00

In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Support manager who will help customers and provide quality support to service users. If you are communicative, attentive to details and able to quickly find solutions, we will be glad to see you in our team.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting customers about the operation of the service

• Responding to appeals in chat and messages

• Helping users with technical or service issues

• Transferring complex requests to the appropriate specialists

• Support of a high level of service and fast communication
