A construction company (General Contractor) has a vacancy for a construction project manager (Chief Engineer)

Requirements:

• Experience of root in a similar position from 5 years.
• MANDATORY experience of implementing projects in capital construction
• experience realization of projects that are built at the expense of budget funds
• experience working on a construction site (on the line)
• developed analytical abilities, technical literacy, multitasking
• higher professional education
• knowledge of the normative construction base, DBN
• ability to read project and estimate documentation
• management skills and ability to organize team work
• readiness for business trips
• personal discipline, punctuality, responsibility in decision-making, honesty
• own car.

Duties

• Compilation of the project budget, work schedule, deadline management, cost management
• Checking of PVR, technological maps.
• Coordination of subcontracting organizations.
• Checking the maintenance of executive documentation on objects.
• Implementation of incoming control of project documentation.
• Communications with the customer (operational resolution of decisions arising during the implementation of the project, approval of acts of completed works, contractual prices, additional agreements, etc.)
