Support ERP in Ajax Systems

Our company is actively developing. Therefore, we are always looking for active people. We are steadily increasing capacity and, accordingly, the team. We are currently looking for ERP Support, who will take an active part in the support of the accounting system.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting users of our own accounting system development (BAS);
• Remote format work in Vietnam time zone, Kyiv time winter/summer time 03:00/04:00 - 12:00/13:00, during the trial period 06:00-15:00;
• Inquiry processing IT portal;
• Help with system settings;
• Skills to find and establish the causes of incorrect data;
• Bug fixing;
• Writing instructions / documentation in Confluence.

Requirements:

• Sure knowledge and understanding of user support standards;
• Experience as an ERP Accounting Systems Consultant (BAS) from 1 year;
• Experience as an advanced user of one of the ERP configurations;
• Skills in communication and problem solving;
• Ability to write structured instructions.
