HR Project & Communications Manager in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

UNIQA Insurance Company — the leader of the insurance market of Ukraine, which is part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites to its team a HR Project & Communications Manager.

Main responsibilities:

1. HR projects

• Coordination of initiatives in the fields of EVP, wellbeing, development, involvement and others.
• Preparation of communications and content for HR programs.
• Organization of effective interaction between HR, business and external partners.

2. Communications (internal and external)

• Content and coordination of social networks in the direction of the corporate brand.
• Preparation of internal messages, digests, materials.
• Ensuring a single tone of voice and visual logic.

3. CSR and social initiatives

• Planning and implementation of CSR projects
• Interaction with partners, foundations, social organizations.
• Preparation of materials and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with legislative norms.

4. Events

• Organization of internal and external HR/PR events.
• Preparation of content, coordination of logistics and post-communications.

What we expect from you:

• From 5 years of experience in HR projects, communications or PR.
• English language not lower than upper-intermediate.
• Experience in running social networks and content management.
• Ability to write structured and qualitatively (Ukrainian/English).
• Experience in organizing events is an advantage.
