Support & Communication Specialist in Doctor Eleks

Doctor Eleks is a Ukrainian medical information system that helps automate the work of clinics, doctors and patients throughout the country. Our team creates technological solutions that make medicine more efficient, transparent and closer to people. 

We are looking for a Support and Communication Specialist to provide structured, clear and timely operational and communication support for the eHealth product. 

What you will perform in this role:

- You will broadcast and explain regulatory changes; 

- You will conduct internal demos and explain functionality; 

- You will keep documentation and create instructions; 

- You will coordinate webinars; 

- You will support launches and release communications; 

- You will monitor deadlines and agreements. 

Who we are looking for:

- You have experience in eHealth / MedTech / GovTech / Sales; 

- Worked with regulatory or complex domains (will be an advantage); 

- Recorded educational materials, videos or conducted demos; 

- You have experience working with CRM, task trackers or knowledge bases;
