internal ERP system of its own development, which allows you to continuously update any information about products and automate the business processes of the company's internal services at all stages of working with customer orders.
Dosfrom and technologies that are important to us:
- Basic skills of working with relational DB (MySQL, PostgreSQL): performing SQL-queries of medium complexity (JOIN), data export/import.
- Confident use of Navicat or other tools for administration and working with databases.
- Jira: experience with the system, willingness to customize workflows, set up automations and business processes (or other Trello, etc.).
- Communications: the ability to effectively communicate and interact with other company departments in the corporate messenger (Slack, etc.).
Would be an advantage:
- Higher education.
- Technical support experience (up to 1 year).
- Understanding key Support KPI: response time.
- Technical awareness: ability to understand the operation of internal systems and services.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional interaction with company teams to effectively resolve inquiries.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues, transfer of complex cases and analysis of requests to identify causes of repeated incidents.
- Adherence to communication standards, policies andinternal guidelines.
